This is a 20 credit module that delivers the knowledge and understanding required to develop individualised, holistic person centred plans of care or education; students will be expected to consider and reflect upon work related issues and situations to enhance their knowledge and skills and explore how they include individuals and their carers in decisions about the care and support provided; offered as standalone module that may be used to build into a Cert HE if other modules are undertaken.
