This in-service programme provides students with the opportunity to meet the new government standards for teaching in the Lifelong Learning sector and to work towards gaining Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) status; students examine theories of teaching, learning and assessment and evaluate their appropriateness and validity through their application to the students' work situation.
