This programme is aimed at experienced and/or qualified teachers, lecturers, mentors, education managers and administrators and is designed to meet the needs of these educational professionals by providing a thorough understanding of the character and significance of a variety of educational issues, both subject specific and generic; it examines the many ways in which research in education might illuminate these issues.
