Вступительные требования

5-year Diploma OR 5-year Professional Qualification OR 4-year Bakalavr earned at an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education. TOEFL (iBT) 90 or above, with 20 or above in each section. OR IELTS 6.5 or above, with 6 or above on each band. The program is designed for students who possess either a journalism undergraduate degree or some journalism experience.

Continuing to push journalism education and practice forward, the USC Annenberg School’s nine-month, 36-unit, Master of Science degree in Journalism is an intense, deadline driven program in which students learn to write, report, produce, code, publish and promote (through social media) cross-platform stories in a converged news environment. Students also choose a specialty area that prepares them for careers in broadcast television and radio news, long-form audio and video documentaries, or online multimedia news production. Cutting-edge digital courses cater to students interested in careers in data journalism, data visualization, app creation, online design & publishing, and coding.

Located in the heart of Los Angeles, USC’s University Park campus is part of the city’s Downtown Arts and Education Corridor and is home to the USC Dana and David Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences and many professional schools. The Health Sciences campus, northeast of downtown Los Angeles, is home to the Keck School of Medicine of USC, the School of Pharmacy, three major teaching hospitals, and programs in Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy and in Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy. USC also has programs and centers in Marina Del Rey, Orange County, Sacramento, Washington, D.C., Catalina Island, Alhambra and around Southern California. Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, staffed by USC faculty from the Keck School of Medicine, is often referred to as USC’s third campus.
