Students from foreign education systems must have validated high school or university diploma. It is recommended that students who wish to study for a degree in Geology have a basic scientific-technical education, preferably with an understanding of the disciplines of Mathematics, Physics, Biochemistry and Geology. Students must have adequate knowledge of the language in which the lessons are taught (must take a language proficiency test or have at least B1 certificate).

Geology is the science that studies the Earth, the materials of which it is made, the processes by which it was formed, its history and how it interacts with humans and life in general. Accordingly, the fundamental aim of the Degree in Geology is to provide students with essential knowledge, skills and proficiencies in Geology and related sciences, preparing them for future professions in the field.
