This course focuses on ways of managing information flows within organisations, analysing computer generated output and taking appropriate action on the basis of that analysis; the specialist element of this course is combined with core business subjects to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed for a career in any modern organization; although conventional lectures and seminars are used, this course makes extensive use of workshops and assignments are based on real life tasks; students gain a thorough understanding of quantitative modelling techniques and business computing and how they can be used to support managerial decision making; this course is for those students who enjoy more quantitative subjects.
