Typically this would include previous courses in the following areas: Calculus, Linear Algebra, Statistics, Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry, Theoretical Biology, Fundamentals of Computer Programming, Data Structures and Algorithms, Fundamentals of Theoretical Computer Science.
