This programme helps students to develop their knowledge of herbal medicine; study the clinical practice of herbal medicine; and gain an understanding how current procedures in herbal medicine depend on study at many levels such as anatomy; physiology; biochemistry; botany and pharmacology; the programme helps prepare students for employment in the field, and includes sufficient clinical practice for eligibility as a Member of the Institute of Medical Herbalists.
