This is a practical film-making course with the opportunity to study single and multi-camera video production as well as offering a chance to work with 16mm and 8mm equipment; students learn to explore the expressive and creative potential of film through a variety of narrative and non-narrative projects; the practical production work is supported and informed by modules in scriptwriting, film theory and new media; students participate in film festivals and frequently win prizes with the work they submit; there are some opportunities to work through the medium of Welsh.
