This course exists specifically for students who wish to gain entry to the Bachelor of Science (Honours) police sciences award but who have not gained the required A level points needed for entry; throughout the year the student is encouraged to think for themselves and to develop their personal skills in line with those necessary to join the modern day police service; successful completion of this course with a B-grade average guarantees entry into year 1 of the police sciences course.
