Degree lower 2nd Class Honours; relevant professional qualification; other professional qualifications including equivalent international qualifications; applicants who do not have formal qualifications will be considered on the basis of experience in accordance with the University’s policy; English at current Law School level.

The purpose of the course is to allow students to tailor make knowledge in the area of law that is of interest to them or will enhance their career opportunities; the students will within the range of modules available be able to choose those best suited to their own personal development or career aspirations; depending on the specified Masters they wish to exit with some modules will be core the balance of required credits being made up from optional modules; alternatively they may choose to exit with a general Masters with only the dissertation being core.
