Honours degree (2:2 or above) or equivalent which is deemed to be relevant by the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), normally in accounting, law or related areas of study; or professional qualifications such as ICSA foundation and pre-professional programme, ICSA certificate and diploma in business practice or equivalent; IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 580 (237 CBT) is required for those whose 1st language is not English.

The programme is designed to provide exemption from the professional programme part 2 of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA); it provides the opportunity to study a diverse body of academic and professional agendas; includes aspects of governance from both a societal and institutional focus and addresses the legal framework in which these operate; finance element includes both the corporate and not-for-profit sectors and the financial markets, and the institutional and legislative framework in which finance is raised and employed; programme also covers aspects of audit, corporate secretaryship and corporate administration including strategic management.

Расположение

Здания Университета располагаются в городах Хатфилд и Сент-Олбанс, а также в Бейфордбери (сельская полевая станция и обсерватория в пригороде Хетфорда).
Студенческий городок Havilland, инвестиции в строительство которого составили £120 миллионов, был открыт в октябре 2003 года. На этом кампусе проходят занятия по гуманитарным дисциплинам, педагогике и предпринимательству.
Университет связан с остальными Британскими городами отличной системой автомобильных и железных дорог и находится всего в 25 минутах езды на поезде от лондонской станции King’s Cross, являющейся также и станцией метро.
