This course reflects a growing interest in food and health concerns in both the government and the wider community; the curriculum is designed to allow you to follow careers in either the food industry or related organisations concerned with nutrition and health, such as health education; the course also allows students to specialise in health topics affecting the individual and the community, including health promotion, nutrition and food safety.
