Вступительные требования
When applying for admission at universities in the state of Baden-Württemberg you have to take an orientation test (in German). Applicants with higher education entrance qualification from abroad:
•German general or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification
•school graduation that permits higher education entrance in the home country and is recognised as equal to the German higher education entrance qualification
•assessment test (Studienkolleg (preparatory course)). German language skills: DSH 2 or TestDaF 4. Study is conducted in German and English.

During your studies you will be dealing with the present-day system of law. You will learn how to understand and interpret it systematically and conceptually. At the same time you will look at judicial procedures in their historical context and consider links with other areas in life, such as politics, social structures and philosophy. From the legal perspective, the aim is to understand new facts and circumstances in the ever-changing realities of life and to apply new legal norms with circumspection and confidence.
