Вступительные требования

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences granted by a recognised university. Candidates are expected to have acquired basic concepts of management, economics, marketing and statistics corresponding to introductory courses in these subjects in Bachelor programs in order to follow effectively the programme. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree from a University of Applied sciences may be admitted with a study debt of 30-60 extra ECTS to be earned: - with Bachelor's courses at USI which can be attended during the Master studies (please note that bachelor's course at USI are taught in Italian) - with Bachelor's courses at another recognised University prior to start the Master studies. The university and list of courses to attend has to be agreed with the Director of the Master. IELTS 5.5/ TOEFL computer based 183; Internet based 65; paper based 513

Businesses and other organizations exist to serve clients. An organization depends on its customers and suppliers for the resources it needs in order to carry out its business. Managing relationships with customers and suppliers is thus the critical task in any company and requires specific skills and knowledge in particular in management, communication and economics. The aim of this Master is to explore the various aspects of managing market relationships and thus the task of marketing in different types of organizations. The distinctive feature of the programme is the attention to specific issues, not only in marketing consumer goods, but also in the service sectors, in business-to-business and international contexts.

Расположение

В состав Университета Лугано входят два студенческих городка. Один находится непосредственно в Лугано, где расположились факультеты экономики, теории коммуникации и информатики, другой находится в Мендризио (15 км на юг от Лугано в сторону границы с Италией), где размещается Академия архитектуры.
