Вступительные требования
Proof of a Bachelor’s degree in Geography or an equivalent final degree from a university in Germany or abroad. If the applicant’s Bachelor’s degree was not in Geography, they may be granted admission on the condition they provide the additional qualifications of a maximum of 30 credit points from a B. Sc. in Geography. It is assumed that students have sufficient active and passive knowledge of the English language. Officially certified proof of German language proficiency at the advanced level, i.e. completed level C 1. Before enrolment you have to pass the DSH-2 exam.

The world is constantly changing. The Master’s program in Physical Geography “Climate and Environmental Change” offers students a scientifically oriented education with a focus on the geographical aspects of the global climate and environmental change. The debate on climate and environmental change on various temporal and spatial scales lies at the heart of the Master’s program. Oriented towards research activities in Mainz, the educational focus of the M.Sc. in Climate and Environmental Change is on the areas of paleoclimatology, geoarchaeology and urban climatology.
