Вступительные требования
Proof of a Bachelor’s diploma in Mathematics (with a minimum grade of “satisfactory”) or an equivalent diploma from a university in Germany or abroad; at least two-thirds of the study qualifications (a minimum of 80 credit points) must be in Mathematics courses. Proof of a minimum of 27 credit points successfully completed within the Bachelor’s degree in the chosen minor field of study. Students are required to have sufficient active and passive languages skills to read specialist literature in English and participate in courses taught in English. Officially certified proof of German language proficiency at the advanced level, i.e. completed level C 1. Before enrolment you have to pass the DSH-2 exam.

Mathematics is not only a time-honored science, the history of which goes back more than 2500 years, but is now, more than ever, a lively and productive field of research. Mathematics is omnipresent in the modern information society. New computer chips are produced according to mathematical models. Without Mathematics, complex processes in social systems and in taxation systems are inconceivable. Mathematicians advise companies on complex business decisions.
