Level 1: Students will establish skills in spatial design, use of form and materials, architectural drawing, design methodology and design practice; this is underpinned by modules in computer aided design and contextual studies. Level 2: Students will explore the extensive range of interior design applications in television and film set design, office design, and design for international markets; students will have the opportunity to specialise in interior architecture or temporary structures and continue to study the fundamentals of design theory and professional practice. Level 3: Students will explore more advanced interior design applications in areas such as museums, restaurants and exhibitions from a conceptual and commercial perspective and will undertake a major self-directed module which allows the student to specialise in areas of interest.

This programme gives an holistic view of the interior design process; students will be able to study many aspects, from commercial building interiors, to exhibition, museum, film and television set design; students will not only develop design skills but will also gain an understanding of communication and presentation techniques in a business environment, preparing for a range of careers in interior design practice.
