The programme has been created to address concerns from industry that there is insufficient or suitably qualified engineers capable of designing, commissioning, servicing and maintaining industrial and commercial combustion equipment (oil and gas); at the end of this programme students have an advanced knowledge and understanding of the design, installation and commissioning of industrial and commercial combustion processes in a correct and safe manner.
