Successful completion of an appropriate four-year University of Toronto bachelor's degree, or its equivalent from a recognized university.  Minimum B+ standing, demonstrated by an average grade in the final year, or over senior courses.English Language proficiency:TOEFL paper-based TOEFL: 580 and 5 on the TWE Internet-based TOEFL (IBT): overall 93 and 22 on the writing and speaking sections. MELAB:minimum score of 85. IELTS:minimum score of 7.0. COPE:76 minimum total with at least 22 in each component and 32 in writing.
