The course seeks to develop practical and theoretical skills in students that enable them to address both given projects and their own work through the use of various media; practical work is evidenced through a range of opportunities including illustration, web design, animation, design for print, video and photography, but central to all of these is an understanding of the processes and practices of graphic design; course combines practical skills with the history and theory of visual communication.
