2:1 honours degree or better in an art and design/built environment discipline from a recognized institution; applicants with an equivalent qualification in another discipline may be admitted if they can show evidence of exceptional ability appropriate to the course.

The course is aimed for national and international students who have not obtained an RIBA Part I qualification; this non professionally accredited but specialised architecture degree responds to the complex and changing context of architectural practice and the increasingly diverse and specialised nature of construction and the creative industries; provides extensive opportunities for increased collaboration between individuals with varied background to influence new working paradigms and enrich the knowledge base in our changing built environments.
