Semester 1: 4 core compulsory 15-credit modules: international accounting; corporate governance; international financial management and corporate finance 1; strategic performance management; semester 2: 2 15-credit modules from: the reporting of multinational entities; risk management, ethics and CSR; international financial management and corporate finance 2; advanced performance measurement; plus 2 compulsory 15-credit modules: contemporary issues in accounting and finance 1 and 2; Master's level: dissertation (including research methodology workshops).

Undergraduate degree in accounting and finance; or a business degree with significant accounting content; or ACCA papers F1-F9 (if intending to study for the ACCA professional level concurrently with the taught Master's modules).

The programme provides a thorough technical programme based on ACCA professional-level syllabi; this allows students to study the ACCA professional level alongside the Master's if they so wish, gaining from the experience of the excellent ACCA teaching team; a separate accounting and financial management’ exit award is available to all candidates who study the appropriate pathway: a candidate who chooses the options IFM and CF2 and APM, who chooses financial management contemporary issues and whose dissertation is on this area is eligible for the Master's accounting and financial management exit award; otherwise, the Master's in accounting and finance is awarded.
