1st degree from a recognised institution (minimum 2.2) or overseas equivalent in a related field (but those with extensive experience who do not possess a first degree can also be considered); candidates will need to demonstrate English language competency judged sufficient to undertake advanced level study (equivalent to an IELTS score of at least 6.5).

The Master's enables students to build a body of practical skills and theoretical knowledge (from the operational through the tactical to the strategic: around the management of organisations within different international contexts and then to apply this knowledge to management problems and situations that affect professional practice) and they are exposed to a wide range of contemporary perspectives on key developments in and around international human resource management and organisational analysis providing access to a range of alternative views (exploring relevant international human resource management (IHRM) issues and what these mean for different groups of individuals and organisations at: local; national and international levels).
