Applicants are normally be graduates or have equivalent professional status (offering 2 languages including: English and they must be habitual users or fluent in 1 language; and be capable of listening; speaking and reading in the other language to at least Council of Europe Level B2 or C1); where English is not an applicant's 1st language then proof of competence will be required from IELTS score of 6.5; TOEFL score of 600; Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency Grade B; or Council of Europe B2 or C1); applicants may be invited to an interview.
