Students who wish to enrol in a MSc programme at Wageningen University must: have a BSc degree (or equivalent) in a field of science relevant to the programme selected; have a Grade Point Average for their BSc of at least 7 (or 70% of the maximum of the scale); be fluent in English, both written and spoken; Specific requirements for 'Earth and Environment' A Bachelor degree in Earth Science (Geoscience), Physical Geography, Environmental Sciences, Biology (Ecology), Chemistry, Physics or Engineering are appropriate for admission to this programme. Furthermore, we expect you to have a good working knowledge of calculus and statistics as well as proficiency in the use of information technology. Расположение

Wageningen Campus is centrally located in the Netherlands with excellent road connections with Amsterdam, Rotterdam and the Hague (just over an hour from Amsterdam and Schiphol), Utrecht (40 minutes), Arnhem (20 minutes) and Nijmegen (just over half an hour). Besides Schiphol, the campus is also within one hour from the international airports of Eindhoven and Düsseldorf Weeze.


The town of Wageningen, where the university is based, is a historic town on the banks of the Rhine. Each year in May the town holds a festival which draws in thousands of visitors, celebrating the town’s significance as the site of the liberation of the Netherlands at the end of the Second World War.
