Interior architecture is concerned with the spatial and structural reworking of the existing built environment; it involves proposing new uses for buildings and spaces that respond to ever changing human needs; the nature and content of all course work is appropriately staged and themed to provide the platforms of knowledge required at each stage of study; through the course of their studies students cover: design of interior spaces; history of design and architecture; design theories and approaches; building construction and interior detailing; professional practice; visual communication.
