YEAR ONE ENTRY We welcome applications from high-quality candidates in all subjects with appropriate high school or equivalent qualifications. Students will normally be expected to have a high standing in their high school performance with a minimum B average in all subjects as well as relevant subjects. YEAR TWO ENTRY Students who have completed A-levels or International Baccalaureate (or equivalent) will be considered for entry into Year Two, different programmes have different subject-relevant requirements. The BA Accounting provides you with an understanding of the principles, techniques and applications of accounting and finance in a practical context, as well a solid foundation in the underlying academic concepts and theory in the field. Graduates can go on to become competitive trainee accountants. The programme involves studying accounting, business, finance, and management. You will learn about accounting and finance within an organisational context to understand how financial decisions are made. You will also learn to prepare and interpret accounts, and develop an appreciation of accounting practices in both the UK and China. International Business School Suzhou (IBSS) is one of an elite group of institutions worldwide to be accredited by the AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) and EQUIS (European Quality Improvement System）in 2016 and 2018 respectively.
