JCU's Response to COVID-19
For Spring 2021, students unable to attend John Cabot University for matters related to Covid-19 will be eligible to receive the following refunds:
Full refund for tuition—including the tuition deposit—if they withdraw by the end of the second week of classes (January 29th for Spring).
Full refund for the housing fee if they withdraw before the end of the first week of classes (January 22) as long as the unit has not been occupied. No refund after the student occupies the unit.
JCU did not increase its tuition for Academic Year 2020-21.
We have substantially reduced our Housing prices across the board to adjust for the financial impact the pandemic may have had on your programs. Housing for the full-semester for any JCU housing option is $3,900. We will begin with housing allocation to the Gianicolo Residence, Lungara 3 apartments (across the street from JCU’s Guarini Campus), and our JCU managed off campus housing which may include the Trastevere Residence. Housing is not refundable once it is occupied; housing will not be pro-rated for those who come for the shorter semester.

Situated in Via della Lungara 233, the Guarini campus hosts the Aula Magna Regina auditorium as well as the Frohring Library, one of Italy's most comprehensive English language libraries. The Guarini campus also hosts numerous study rooms, media production facilities, a meditation garden, as well as JCU administrative offices.
JCU's Tiber Campus is located in Lungotevere Raffaello Sanzio 12, on the banks of Rome's famous Tiber river and a five-minute walk from Guarini. In addition to classrooms, the Campus houses offices such as Student Services and Immigration Services. It is also home to John Cabot University's cafeteria, the Tiber Cafe, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and offers various meal plan options.
The Caroline Critelli Guarini Campus, situated in Piazza Giuseppe Gioachino Belli 11, is the first property owned by John Cabot University and it hosts classrooms, administrative offices, and a classroom that can be used for physics and basic electrical engineering courses. It was named for Caroline Critelli Guarini (1900 – 2001), mother the Hon. Frank J. Guarini, former Chairman of the JCU Board of Trustees and generous benefactor of the University.
