Initially the course provides students with a sound technical background to the broad and stimulating field of 'photo-media'; at the same time students develop their critical and conceptual skills; course introduces students to the potential of new technologies, whilst at the same time acknowledging the history of photography both technically and conceptually; during the course, students work with traditional methods of photographic image making and contemporary digital methods of image construction and manipulation.
