The course is divided into 3 sections; students can take each section individually or as a full programme to gain the professional qualification; exemptions can be granted on a paper by paper basis, for any combination of subjects, if the students can provide evidence that they have studied all the material included in that paper's syllabus to a level equivalent to that required by the CIPFA examiners.
