The course consists of 14 modules taken from: Industry and management; project planning; organising and resourcing projects; project monitoring and control; managing the quality of site work; managing sub-contractors; health and safety (based on the syllabus of the CITB site management safety training scheme); site surveying and levelling; computing; managing people; developing people; improving managerial skills; contractual and legal responsibilities; estimating and measuring work; maintenance management and services management.
