Education: This route is suitable for all staff and allows students to choose modules from each strand; Education (Effective Teaching and Learning): this route is aimed at those staff who wish to remain as 'teachers in the classroom' or for staff who want to develop deeper insights into aspects of teaching and learning; Education (Leadership and Management): this route is aimed at those staff who are currently involved at a 'leadership and management' level in their institutions or who are intending to follow that career option.
