When applying for admission at universities in the state of Baden-Württemberg you have to take an orientation test.
applicants with higher education entrance qualification from abroad:
•general or subject-specific German higher education entrance qualification
•school graduation that permits higher education entrance in the home country and is recognised as equal to the German higher education entrance qualification or
•assessment test (Studienkolleg (preparatory course)). German language skills: DSH 2 or TestDaF 4.

When studying economics you will analyse the economic activities of consumers, enterprises and public institutions. Whilst economics in general deals with the basic economic relationships within a society, including both individual areas of activity (microeconomics) as well as whole systems of economic activity (macroeconomics), business economics addresses the economic relationships of individual enterprises and their operation processes.
