Applicants need to be employed within the Health Service; a social care agency or an independent health care organisation: applicants will be in a role within their organisation where they have the opportunity to evaluate practice; they should hold a Bachelors degree or equivalent or show evidence of ability to work at postgraduate level; for those whose 1st language is not English an attainment of at least IELTS 6.5 or equivalent must be demonstrated; the University offers pre-sessional summer programmes for those who need to improve their English before starting the course.

This is a multi-professional course for those wishing to enhance their knowledge and skills within the domain of integrated governance; evaluation and practice development in health and social care; whilst practical aspects of the course are largely carried out at the workplace (in collaboration with employers and colleagues).
